SDP - 1302 - 06 : The approval of four single-family attached Mid-Atlantic Builders architectural models to be available for construction on the single-family attached lots in Section 6 of Parkside.

Approval with conditions.

SDP - 1302 - 07 : The approval of four single-family attached Haverford Home architectural models to be available for construction on the single-family attached lots in Section 6 of Parkside.

Approval with conditions.

SDP - 1302 - 08 : The approval of six single-family attached and seven single-family detached Dan Ryan Builders architectural models to be available for construction in Sections 5 and 6 of Parkside.

Approval with conditions.

Located at both sides of Melwood Road, at its intersection with Moore’s Way.
