Greg’s ViewPoint is a focal point of development and redevelopment projects happening in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

 

Growing up in Capitol Heights and Suitland, I’ve always had a fascination with residents vocal compassion of attracting quality retail and resturants to my underseved, highly-educated, affluent Black community, Prince George’s County, Maryland. A product of Prince George's County Public Schools, I went on to pursue a higher education at Morgan State University, earning a baccalaureate degree in Architecture and Environmental Design. I have three years of experience in sales with national homebuilders and nine years experience of permitting, planning, and zoning in local government.
