Addison Row Apartments are now leasing!! Plans include 1,2, and 3 bedrooms starting at $1700+ per month!!
-- I was invited to the Open House for the new Addison Row Apartments!! I was overall impressed with the development and layouts!! The decor is very nice!! A few minor things, I would prefer more brick on the exteriors, balconies/patios, studio apartments and/or smaller floorplans (lower rents), and parking garages rather than surface parking. I also believe the price point is a bit high, starting at $1700+/month!!
The Leasing Agent stated 27 units are already leased!!
